Building Toward The Oscars (the 90th Ceremony on Sunday March 4th) with a number of classic Academy Award nominated and winning films and performers. As we do every year ahead of the ceremony, this week has an Oscar theme.

We have Bette Davis & Spencer Tracy in Lux Radio Theater’s “Dark Victory”; Charles Laughton in Academy Award Theater’s “Ruggles Of Red Gap”; Ford Theater’s “Double Indemnity”; Academy Award Theater’s “The Maltese Falcon”William Powell and Myrna Loy in Lux Radio Theater’s “The Thin Man”; Screen Guild Players “The Yearling” with Jane Wyman and Gregory Peck; Rosalind Russell in Academy Award Theater’s version of “My Sister Eileen” plus we also bring back radio adaptations of the following Best Picture Winners; “It Happened One Night” and “Going My Way.”
