The birthday celebrations include both radio superstars and Oscar winning performers: Jack Webb (Dragnet, Pat Novak For Hire, Escape);  Bette Davis (Suspense, Screen Guild Theater’s “A Woman’s Face”, The Cavalcade Of America); Gregory Peck (Suspense, Academy Award Theatre’s “Keys Of The Kingdom”); Debbie Reynolds (Guest on Martin & Lewis Show); Spencer Tracy (Lux Radio Theatre’s “Arrowsmith”) and Walter Huston (Lux Radio Theatre’s “The Treasure Of The Sierra Madre”).

Additional birthday specials for John Brown (Damon Runyon Theater, The Life Of Riley, My Friend Irma); Bea Benaderet (Lights Out, The Family Theater, Fibber McGee & Molly), Lou Merrill (Lights Out, Crime Classics) and Maurice Tarplin (Mysterious Traveler, Boston Blackie).

And last, but certainly not least, we celebrate Doris Day, still with us and 97 this week! She’ll be the featured vocalist and cast member on back to back episodes of The Bob Hope Show.
