We bring back the End Of The Golden Age Of Radio special as we’ll play the Suspense and Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar episodes which played on the evening of September 30th, 1962.

We’ll present a two-hour block of The Abbott and Costello Show to celebrate the birthday of straight man, Bud Abbott.

We also celebrate the birthdays of Groucho Marx (You Bet Your Life); Carole Lombard (Lux Radio’s “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” co-starring Bob Hope) Janet Gaynor (Lux Radio’s “A Star Is Born”); Damon Runyon; Barton Yarborough (Dragnet, Hawk Larabee); Everett Sloane (Inner Sanctum Mysteries); Deborah Kerr (Suspense’s “Lady Pamela”); Lamont Johnson (Tarzan, Crime Classics, The Whistler); vocalist Kenny Baker (The Jack Benny Program); plus announcer – Tony Marvin (Casey, Crime Photographer).
